Bossred Notary Solutions Inc – Notary, Apostille & Document Services
-
We offer professional and efficient notary and apostille services for both personal and business documents. Our services include general document notarization, apostille processing, loan signings, remote online notarization and mobile notary appointments.
-
An apostille is a formal certification that verifies the authenticity of a U.S. document for use in countries that are members of the Hague Apostille Convention of 1961. You may need an apostille if you’re submitting documents abroad for marriage, adoption, education, business registration, or legal purposes.
-
If the country where you're sending your documents is not part of the Hague Apostille Convention, your documents must go through a legalization process instead of receiving an apostille. This involves notarization (if required), state certification by the Secretary of State, authentication by the U.S. Department of State, and final legalization by the destination country’s embassy or consulate. Bossred Notary Solutions can assist with the entire process from start to finish.
-
