  • Yes. Florida law allows our notaries to perform remote notarizations for signers located anywhere in the U.S. or internationally, including non-U.S. citizens. However, we recommend confirming that your receiving party accepts online notarizations and electronic signatures.

  • Most personal, legal, and business documents can be notarized remotely, including:

    • Medical authorizations

    • School and immigration documents

  • You’ll need:

    • A valid, government-issued photo ID

    • A stable internet connection

    • A device with a camera and microphone

    • Your document ready to upload (PDF preferred)

  • Yes. We can notarize for individuals located outside of the United States, as long as you pass the identity verification process. Please confirm with your recipient that they will accept an online notarization and digital signature.

  • Yes. Witnesses can be provided for an additional fee if required for your document. Please mention this in your booking notes.

  • You will receive a secure, electronically signed and sealed PDF version of your notarized document immediately after the session.

  • We also offer apostille services for documents that will be used internationally. Let us know during your session or visit our Apostille Services page for more details.

  • Simply choose your preferred date and time, enter your details, and upload a brief description of your document. You’ll receive a confirmation email with the video call link and further instructions.
