Your ceremony should feel like you — soulful, sacred, and stress-free. I also support couples with any additional paperwork that may need to be notarized or apostilled before or after your special day.

License Filling & Notarization I notarize and file your marriage license with the county clerk and can assist with related documents if needed.

  • Yes! We offer Remote Online Notarization (RON) for most real estate documents, which is faster and more convenient. However, some lenders or title companies may require in-person signings—please check with them before booking.

  • We provide in-person appointments by request in Miami, Florida. Travel and witness fees may apply depending on your location and document requirements.

  • Most real estate notarizations take 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the number of documents and signers involved.

  • Yes. Witnesses are available for an additional fee. Let us know in advance if your documents require one or more witnesses.

  • Yes. As long as the signer is located in a state that permits remote notarization (or can meet us in Miami), we can notarize real estate documents for properties located anywhere in the U.S.

  • Yes. Please have the following ready:

    • A valid, government-issued photo ID

    • All real estate documents completed (but not signed yet)

    Any instructions from your title company or lender
    If you’re signing online, you’ll also need a device with a camera, microphone, and stable internet connection.
